TRANSFER BOOKING - important!
Online bookings:
You can make your booking and payment 24 hours a day with our booking system. Bookings can be made for all destinations you find on our booking system. In case your destination is not on our system but it matches to booking criteria, send us your inquiry via email or call on number for transfer information. Destinations in booking system cannot be booked any other way but on line. Exceptions are contractual clients, or clients with special agreements. Booking is not complete till, you receive from our booking department, that your booking is confirmed. At the same time you will receive transfer voucher for booked and paid transfers. You should print voucher sent to you in case our drivers ask for them in case of identification of traveler. On line bookings are accepted only when is at least 24 hours prior to transfer request. When your booking is processed, you should print your transfer voucher sent to you in case our driver ask for it in case of identification of traveler.
Email bookings:
You should place you inquiry on our email for transfer information. After we present you with our offer for your required destination, you should confirm your booking and acceptance of price with reply email. Booking is not complete till, you receive from our booking department, that your booking is confirmed. At the same time you will receive transfer voucher for booked and paid transfers. You should print voucher sent to you in case our drivers ask for it in case of identification of traveler.
Phone bookings:
Phone bookings can be accepted, when client do not have possibility to use on line booking system or email available. Otherwise only emergency bookings are available over phone.
Emergency bookings:
Emergency bookings are transfer requests when is less then 24 hours and more then 6 hours (on some destinations in less then 24 hours and more then 1 hour) prior to pick up. Group bookings where minibuses or coaches are needed are not in this category. We can decline booking, if we estimate risk is to high not to meet client on agreed pick up point or not to be paid for services. Emergency bookings will be accepted only on availability.
PICK UP - important!
Airport pick up - private transfer:
Driver will wait for voucher user in arrival hall, just after passing restricted zone in customs area. Driver will wait for voucher user with welcome sign previously agreed. Voucher user (and his group) will be waited for 30 minutes after notification that users plane has landed. In this time voucher user has to meet our driver or contact our emergency number. If none of this happen, we will act like voucher user was not on a plane. If voucher user has problems with luggage, immediately contact our office, so we can notify our driver, he will have to wait longer. Additional time of waiting is chargable. Every started additional 30 minutes costs 15,00 EUR, and will be charged and paid before departing from airport. If voucher user does not meet our driver or fulfil this terms, driver will leave alone. Prepaid tranfers in this case are not refundable. In case of request for driver to return on pick up point to pick up voucher user (and his group), new service will be charged in full again and paid on spot before departing to desired destination.
Airport pick up - shared shuttle transfer:
Driver will wait for voucher user in arrival hall, just after passing restricted zone in customs area. Driver will wait for voucher user with welcome sign previously agreed. Voucher user (and his group) will be waited for 30 minutes after notification that users plane has landed. In this time voucher user has to meet our driver or contact our emergency number. If none of this happen, we will act like voucher user was not on a plane. If voucher user has problems with luggage, immediately contact our office, so we can notify our driver about delay. With this necessary contact voucher user gets right for next free seat on later shuttle. This does not mean that very next shuttle will have available seats. If voucher user wants to secure seat(s) on very next going shuttle, voucher user will have to pay additional 50% of charge on active voucher. If voucher user does not meet our driver or fulfil this terms, driver will leave with other passengers who were on time. Prepaid tranfers in this case are not refundable.
Address pick up - private transfer:
Driver will be on address according to voucher pick up time. Driver will wait for 10 minutes. If voucher user do not meet our driver in this time, driver will leave alone. If voucher user meet our driver in this time or call our emergency number and inform us about delay, driver will continue waiting till voucher user arrives to the car. . Additional time of waiting is chargable. Every started additional 30 minutes costs 15,00 EUR, and will be charged and paid before departing from address. If voucher user do not meet our driver or fulfil this terms, driver will leave alone. Prepaid tranfers in this case are not refundable. In case of request for driver to return on pick up point to pick up voucher user (and his group), new service will be charged in full again and paid on spot before departing to desired destination.
Hotel pick up - private transfer:
When driver arrives to hotel, he will ask for voucher user at reception. Receptionist will point us to voucher user. If voucher user is not present in reception hall when driver arrives, he will wait for voucher user for 10 minutes. If voucher user do not meet our driver in this time, driver will leave alone. If voucher user meet our driver in this time or call our emergency number and inform us about delay, driver will continue waiting till voucher user arrives to the car. . Additional time of waiting is chargable. Every started additional 30 minutes costs 15,00 EUR, and will be charged and paid before departing from hotel. If you do not meet our driver or fulfil this terms, driver will leave alone. Prepaid tranfers in this case are not refundable. In case of request for driver to return on pick up point to pick up voucher user (and his group), new service will be charged in full again and paid on spot before departing to desired destination.
PICK UP TIME GOING AIRPORT or PORT - important!
All pick up time put in voucher (except for airport or port pick up) are recommended time of pick up by transfer company. Recommended time guarantee voucher user on time arrival on desired destination. If voucher user change pick up time on later time, transfer company will not guarantee arrival on time. Driver will not be allowed to do traffic violations to reach destination on time. Pick up time can be changed only upon agreement with transfer company. Pick up time cannot be changed within 12 hours prior to transfer pick up time. If earlier pick up time is asked, transfer company is allowed to submit additional charge, if changing time overlaps with other transfers on that day.
PASSENGER’S LUGGAGE - important!
Voucher user is obligated to declare all additional luggage, over sized luggage or special shape luggage except standard luggage. Standard luggage is suitcase dimensions 60 cm X 40 cm X 20 cm plus handbag. All extra luggage is chargable according to price list of transfer provider and will be paid on spot. Driver can refuse to take extra luggage if there is no place for comfortable travelling. Driver will divert voucher user to call transfer provider office and will try to solve luggage problem. All extra transport of luggage will be charged and paid on spot depending on possibilities of types of transport of luggage. If voucher user do not accept any solution proposed by transfer provider, transfer provider is not obligated to provide transfer on voucher and no refund is possible.
USING SERVICES - important!
From all users of our services it is expected to behave in polite and socialy acceptable manners. It will not be tolerated to any user to disturb, violate (verbally or physically) other users or employees of our company. Whoever is to disturbing to others will be removed from vehicle or group without refund, immediately.
It is not allowed to persuading employees of our company to violate any regulations and laws valid in country, where transfer is taking place. If user of services is to persistent in this kind of behaviour, employee can remove user from group or vehicle. Employee can even decide to announce user to proper authorities for further action.
If during or after service provided is estableshed, damages are made by the user, user will have to financialy repay damages, immediately. If user is not satisfy with damage evaluation, expert will be used. Damage evaluation will be made by expert from insurance company, where our company have insured our vehicles and company’s property.
It is not allowed to drink or eat in company’s vehicles. Our company will organize stops, if traveling is longer then 2 hours. Every stop will be long enough so users can use it for refreshments, brunches or toilet use. Stops are usually no longer then 15 minutes. If user is not accepting this term and leaves vehicle dirty and stained, user will have to pay for cleaning of all interior of vehicle.
